EmotiQ processes conversation data solely to provide real-time emotion intelligence to the organization that owns each workspace. Data is isolated per tenant and never shared across organizations.

Personally identifiable information is redacted before storage wherever possible, and every access to emotion data is written to an audit log — a PDPA-aware control, with full compliance posture pending legal review.
